Kent County Council (KCC) supports the aims of Computers 4 Africa and is encouraging schools to donate their unwanted computers to improve education across Africa.

Collection is free-of-charge for a minimum quantity of 10 complete working systems. Computers are safety tested and wiped to ensure compliance with the Data Protection Act. Tracking and audit documentation can be provided.
At end-of–life in Africa, computers are stripped to basic components and recycled to create new products. Computers 4 Africa are the Secretariat for Microsoft's "Digital Pipeline" and are a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher.
