Yesterday morning I had the privilege of seeing the fruit of my hours of cleaning and packing monitors, base units, keyboards, mice, etc. Everyone who had been involved in preparing the equipment was invited to come down to Priory Park, Aylesford, to see the equipment being loaded into a container, ready to be shipped off to Cameroon.
To be honest, I did not know what to expect. As I mentioned earlier, my involvement had been cleaning and packing...all I had seen were little pieces of a big 'mission'. As I stood there watching pallet after pallet being loaded, I realised how much work and effort was put into getting these PCs to Cameroon. It was brilliant to see that bigger 'mission'. All of my hours of cleaning and packing, though a small contribution, have made a huge difference to HINT International in Cameroon.
